Our Business
The Laser Station is a wholesale supplier of machinery and products listed on this website. We have the right to refuse any custom without reason.
Refund for Products
If you have changed your mind within the first 14 days after purchasing a Part, minus a 30% restocking fee. The part must be unused with all original components. Once a part has been used we cannot accept returns. A used part is determined as any device used whilst not at The Laser Station premises. We can exchange a faulty item within 7 days, after which the warranty terms will apply. Deposits, partial payments, post and packaging and any other fees incur cannot be refunded. You must send the items in the original packaging securely otherwise we may refuse the items.
Delivery
We endeavour to have all items delivered in the time frame specified. However we can not be fully certain all deliveries will be completed on the specified day as this also depends on the courier.
Liability
We cannot be liable for any loss that can occur including but not limited to: Loss of earnings, loss of business, loss of marketing, defamation, loss of reputation, litigation against you as well as other losses when there is a problem with the product, services, marketing and training. This applies to any accidents caused aswell as any malfunctioning of your product. We hold no liability of the services, results or products being provided by your business. Like all cosmetic procedures, results will differ from client to client and we are not responsible for this. Results also depend on the treatment technique and the clients medical conditions. It is your responsibility to understand the contraindications thoroughly during your training. We provide ongoing support but we reserve the right to end any support, service and any sale transaction after the warranty period.
